CONSULTATION FEES

 

Consultation Fees

Up to 3,000 sq. feet                       $225.00

Over 3,000 sq. feet                        $300.00

The consultation fee is a separate fee from the staging fee and will need to be paid on the day of the consultation.  The consultation will include a check list of items that need to be addressed prior to staging.  This will enhance the look of your home and allow the staging process to go more smoothly. 

​

Travel time over 30 minutes from Meadville, PA will be an additional fee.

STAGING & DESIGN PACKAGES

​

Staging and design fees will vary depending on the size of the home, number of rooms and design needs.  Pricing packages are available, with additional add on items for an extra fee.

Basic Styling Package - $600

​

Perfect for small updates to refresh your home’s look!

Includes:

~ Decluttering tips and minor accessory placement tips

~ Furniture arrangement guidance

~ Styling of key rooms (living room, kitchen, master bedroom)

 

Standard Styling Package - $1,100

 

Ideal for homes ready to impress buyers without the need to rent furniture or accessories!

 

~ Includes everything in the Basic Styling Package, plus:

~ Full accessory styling throughout the main living areas

~ Minor lighting and décor adjustments

~ Coordination with listing preparation and photography

 

Premium Full Styling Package - $1,600

 

For the ultimate presentation and show ready home!

 

~ Includes everything in the Standard Styling Package, plus:

~ Full furniture and accessory staging

~ All rooms staged (living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining, office, family rooms)

~ Coordination with listing preparation and photography

 

Optional Add-Ons

 

~ Accessory Rental – $150-$300

rent the accessories supplied by the stager that can be kept through the showing process, up to 3 months or until under contract. 

 

~ Seasonal or Holiday Décor - $300-$500

To be used during the duration of the holiday season – no longer than 2 months.

 

~ Additional Staged Areas - $200 (per additional space)

If you would like to include staging a patio or pool area, front porch, this can be added to any styling package.
